Evaluation Report Action

In response we have started the Evaluation Report Action to improve the service delivery. We started the website upgrade before the report came to us and we believe that we are addressing the following recommendation.

We have upgraded the website to enable ATCST to publish relevant content for users. Using WordPress as our web platform we are able to regularly publish articles related to school counselling and training. We are also able to share interesting and relevant information we find in industry journals and other online sources through our?Facebook page?and Twitter?account. So be social, like and follow us there to be updated with relevant information.

This content will include company policies and procedures related to best practice child protection and safeguarding. We will also publish case studies of our work with children and young people to create a learning resource for counsellors working with ATCST and others who would find it useful. We are close to completing our FAQ page, so keep an eye out for that.
